However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will affect the colors you actually see on the screen. Wicked Awesome Books n More LLL is not responsible for the limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may simply return the item.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS                                                                                                                                                                           Wicked Awesome Books n More LLC has a 14 day return policy. Your item must be returned in unused condition with all tags and packaging it was delivered with. You will receive a full refund for the value of the product less shipping fees if applies. Just use our Contact Us form and provide your order number for a return authorization. We will normally answer your requests within 48 hours. If you received an incorrect item, a defective, or damaged in-transit item, please use our Contact Us form with your order number and details within 10 days of receipt so we can make arrangements to correct the problem at no cost to you. Make sure you let us know if you prefer a refund or a replacement.

SHIPPING

Wicked Awesome Books n More LLC currently ships within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and we will ship globally on request. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products. When you place an order we try to get your order processed as soon as possible. As long as the items ordered are in stock, they will ship out within 24 hours. There will be an exception on weekends or holidays, with the orders shipping out the next business day. If we do not have your purchased product in stock at our warehouse, then please expect your item between 6-10 business days. Most of our products are shipped from the USA and Ireland.
